It pays to be on top! The contractor directory is organized by membership type and then by ratings. Depending on membership type your listing will appear amongst your peers in the order of the highest rated members. Exclusive Members are listed at top, then Members, then General Listings.

Your company profile is a powerful web-based tool to easily market your business online, communicate with new customers, and earn new customer contracts. Depending on your membership type, it’s published amongst other reputable local professionals in the categories of your choice and contains 1-6+ pages.

Home Page Ad

Membership Fee Descriptions:

• Monthly Fee: a monthly or annual fee is charged to host, maintain, and optimize each member’s company profile in your local contractor directory.
• Late Bid Fee: A late bid fee is applied to your account if you place a bid or estimate after the customer’s deadline or if you told the customer you would place a bid or estimate and did not do so. If the project doesn’t interest you, simply decline the job at no cost. Placing a bid or estimate on eContractorBids.com is free provided you meet the customer’s bid deadline.
• Success Fee: after a bid or estimate ends in a successful contract, a commission is charged to the member’s account.

Member to Member Discounts: (Business to Business)

One of the aspects of eContractorBids.com is our B2B Marketplace. We are a company that understands the building business and have created a site that enables the exchange of information between contractors-trades, consumer to contractor, consumer to trade, consumer to supplier, and contractor to supplier. All member-to-member transactions have $0 bid fees and 0% successful contract commissions. Both parties of the transaction must be valid members at the time of the project request to be eligible.

*Preferred Contractor Qualifications

The Preferred Contractor program at eContractorBids.com provides consumers with additional peace of mind when hiring a contractor and gives reputable contractors added recognition for their outstanding customer service. Each Preferred Contractor meets the following requirements.

Qualifications:

• Contractor maintains a response time of 24 hours or less
• Contractor maintains a 8.5+ rating with10 past customer ratings
• Contractor has a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Contractor has no unresolved customer complaints with eContractorBids.com
• Contractor carries a minimum $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy and $500,000 workers comp insurance.
