Several different membership options are available to meet the needs of nearly every sized contractor and supplier. Each member is charged a monthly fee to host, maintain, and optimize their company profile along with a successful contract fee based on a percentage of the accepted job. eContractorBids.com does not charge for job leads. Jobs are sent to members by customer’s whom have selected their business. Each customer sets a bid deadline to receive pricing on their project. If the member places their bid before the bid deadline no bid fees are charged. When the project ends in a completed contract for the member, a small percentage of the contract value is charged as a success fee.

Pricing Definitions:

Monthly Fee: a monthly fee is charged to host, maintain, and optimize each member’s company profile in the contractor directory.

Late Bid Fee: A late bid fee is only applied to your account only if you place a bid or estimate after the customer’s deadline or if you told the customer you would place a bid or estimate and did not do so. If the project doesn’t interest you, simply decline the job at no cost. Placing a bid or estimate on eContractorBids.com is free provided you meet the customer’s bid deadline.

Success Fee: after a member’s bid or estimate ends in a successful contract, a commission is charged to the member’s account.
